In each SesamTV Media Center applications, you can find the buttons defined below. The button's accessibility depends on the player state (Stop, Pause, Play...).

Displayed files are shown as examples but are not included in the software.

Time control bar

On the left, you have the current media time.
On the right, you have total media time.

The cursor is accessible with the mouse and with the remote control. It controls the current read head position.

• With the mouse you can drag the cursor right or left to modify the read head position.
• With the remote control (or the direction keys), you can use the right or left arrow to modify the read head position. By clicking the remote control "action" button, you modify the moving mode. The thumb design changes:

  In this mode you move the read head with a gap of 5 seconds.

  This mode is called the fast mode or dichotomy mode. This is the best method to search an accurate position for the read head.
  When this mode is activated you just have to move naturally right or left in the direction of the searched position. By clicking right or left the first time, your cursor moves one half. If you redo this operation, you move it of a quarter, then of a eighth and so on until you have reached the desired position.
  To initialise the moving gap to its original value (one half), click the remote control "action" button.

The cursor moving zone
This part of the scroll Bar is only accessible with the mouse pointer. Click in this zone to reach the position indicated by the mouse pointer.

Playlist information
: these digits appear to indicate the position of the current media in the Playlist when new media are added.
The first number indicates the position and the second, the number of items in the Playlist.

Multimedia buttons

To play the current media.

To pause the current media.

To stop the current media.

To mute and demute the sound.

To play the next media in the Playlist.

To play the previous media in the Playlist.
